2. The first thing to do is saute the onion and chopped garlic in a pot with a little olive oil.
3. Add the spinach, put salt and cover with water. Depending on whether they are frozen or fresh spinach we will vary the time they must boil in the water. For fresh spinach about 5 minutes and for frozen about 7 minutes.
4. Once cooked we remove part of the cooking water, beat with the electric blender until a texture is to our liking, more or less liquid. If you want more liquid, you must add more cooking water.
5. Add the cream or milk cream, if you want it lighter you can use evaporated milk. We tried and salt and pepper if necessary, decorate to our liking and serve very hot.
