Wash and clean the different types of fish and shellfish. In a casserole with an oil jet sauté the onion, garlic and very fine chopped pepper. When these ingredients begin to brown, add the chopped fish and let them sote a little. Add the rice and rehógalo. Take the saffron, the hot broth and the peas. After 10 minutes of cooking, incorporate the clams and let another 10 minutes cook. It is quite calm, almost like a thick soup.
