Roman soup recipe with pasta and vegetables

We cut the onion into Juliana (strips); The celery, we cut it into slices, as well as the carrot and garlic; The turnip, we chop it in small squares.

For 4 people ::
1 liter of water
100 g of red onion
2 celery stems of paste for soup
2 teaspoons of olive oil

2. We sauté them a few moments in a casserole with water and cover them with the liter of water, letting it cook for a half of an hour.

3. After half an hour, we take out the vegetables and pass them through a papurés, add the paste for soups, basil and oregano, along with a pinch of salt.

4. We let the whole set boil for about 10 minutes.

5. We serve hot.
