Wash the asparagus, drain them and cut the tips. Pique the onion and give it with a little butter and oil. It does include the asparagus tips and then the rice. Brown well until you take flavor. Gradually release the boiling broth, stir with a wooden spoon, add salt to taste, keep stirring until the rice is at its point. Remove from fire, condyim with the rest of the butter and grated cheese at ease.
