Brown the chopped onion with two tablespoons of oil and half of the butter. Added the artichokes previously cooked in pieces, sprinkle with a cup of broth and cook for about 10 minutes. Get the rice, let it brown well then take cooking gradually adding gradually the broth. Remove the pot from the fire, sprinkle with chopped and seasoned parsley with the rest of the butter.
