Rice recipe three cheeses

Pique the onion finely. In a pot, melts the butter, add the onion and rice, brown for a few minutes. and sprinkle with nutmeg. When the rice is at its point, add the melted cheeses, sprout to taste and mix very well. Serve immediately hot.
