2. When creamy, add the bread crumb, previously soaked in water and drained.
3. We continue working to form a paste, which we will clarify with cold water, slowly incorporating it while removing, until it acquires creamy consistency.
4. We rectify salt and pepper.
5. We pour the content into a salad bowl, where more bread crumbs and let stand for about ten minutes.
6. When serving, we add the onion well chopped and the tomato peeled and cut into small pieces and, finally, the vinegar.
