1. Our first step to make the recipe for this vegetable purification cream is to prealist the ingredients.
2. Peel the potatoes and take them to a deep pot, add water to cover them and carry the pot over medium heat.
3. Once you observe that the preparation is about to boil, add the celery and carrot in medium pieces. Cook all vegetables at the same time until they are tender, then remove from heat.
4. Everything goes through a strainer and sets out all vegetables in a bowl.
5. Add the chicken or vegetable broth and once the mixture is cold, processes or liquefy everything until the ingredients are completely integrated, forming a fairly homogeneous cream.
