Ingredients to make carrot cream and white wine: |
4 carrot units. 500 ml of chicken broth. 250 ml of whole milk. 2 units of medium white onion. 2 teaspoons of butter or margarine. |
Ingredients to make carrot cream and white wine:
2. Peel each of the carrots and cut it into thick slices.
3. Add the chicken broth in a pot and take it over medium heat, let it boil. Once it is boiling the carrots and let cook for about 10 minutes over medium high heat.
4. Cut the onion into feathers and reserve.
5. Take a pan over medium heat add the butter or margarine and sauté the onion. Suffere for about five minutes.
6. Add onion and milk at the step 3. Show boil for 5 more minutes and turn off the heat.
7. Once cold add in a bowl and process with the help of a mixer. Read the pot again and heat a little to serve.
8. Serve with package potatoes and a teaspoon of milk cream.
