Rassolnik recipe

Prepare a broth with meat.

Ingredients to make rassolnik:
300gr of beef 50 gr of rice
1 big carrot
2 small onions
2 clokels in vinegar
1 tomato
20 gr of parsley
salt
cream cortada

Ingredients to make rassolnik:

2. Put the meat inside a large pot with 3 liters of cold water.

3. Take it to a boil, reduce the heat and remove the fat that floats with a spoon.

4. Add the onion.

5. Cook over low heat for an hour.

6. In a pan meter a tablespoon of margarine and throw the chopped onion, carrot and parsley.

7. Cover and saute over low heat for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

8. Add the cut tomato and leave it another 5 minutes.

9. In a pan pour a cup of the broth and throw the cucumbers cut into small pieces.

10. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.

11. Take rice to the broth, after boiling throw potatoes cut into bars and sauteed vegetables.

12. Cook for 15 minutes.

13. Add the cucumbers after this and let 5 minutes cook.

14. Add salt to taste and serve with cut cream.
