Boil the fish in the water with the chosen broth, the onion, the potatoes and the logs of celery.

1 unid onion 1 1/2 kg water 1/2 kg pink salmon 1 Unid Fish broth 1 glass white wine 3 units potatoes 2 RAM Cele 3 cch corn starch 250 g Milk cream 2 cch full of puree of tomatoes |

2. When the vegetables are tender remove the saucepan from the heat, let cool a little and blend the fish and vegetables with some broth.
3. Back everything to the saucepan, add the puree of tomatoes, the milk cream, try and correct the seasoning.
4. heat well and before the boil breaks add the starch dissolved in the wine and stir until thickened.
5. Remove, add more wine or broth if you prefer and season accentuating the taste of pepper.
6. Serve with some pieces of boiled fish.
