Peppers gazpacho recipe

Put all the ingredients except the ice and crusure 30 seconds in the blender.

Ingredients to make peppers gazpacho:
1 kg. of very red and mature tomatoes
200 gr. of red pepper (1 big)
2 cloves of garlic
30 gr. from onion
100 gr. of olive oil
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 Ice tray
8 or 10 Fresh basil sheets

Ingredients to make peppers gazpacho:

2. Pique the ice in a chopper.

3. Add the ice and robe 3 minutes at maximum speed.

4. When stopped, add the oil and mix a few seconds with a spatula.

5. Check the seasoning and add water if necessary.

6. Note: Do not make vinegar but, if you wish, you can add it.
