Ingredients to make papaya, garlic and cheese soup:
1. Place the garlic in a pot of broth already prepared or water and heat until it boils. When the boiling point reaches, the fire goes down and continues to cook a slight boil for an hour. If necessary add more water or broth.
2. Add the peeled and chopped papaya and continue to cook for half an hour.
