For 4 people :: 3/4 cup of palmitos or asparagus in brine, casts and chopped 1 pza. of small cream cheese (from its preferred brand) 1 cup of thick milk 3 cups of simple chicken broth (chicken background) sal and white pepper for seasoning |
Ingredients to make cold palm or asparagus soup:
2. blend the rest of the palmit or asparagus and season with cream cheese, thick cream, chicken bottom, salt and white pepper.
3. Let cool, serve the bowls and decorate with the previously separated rest.
