Mushroom soup recipe

For 4 people)
500 grams of chopped mushrooms.
100 grams of onion.
1 garlic clut

2. We peel onions and cut them in Juliana (fine strips).

3. In a casserole we heat the oil and in it we poach the onion.

4. When we have caught color, add the mushrooms and garlic clutch.

5. Sauté while stirring until the mushrooms are soft.

6. We cover with the vegetable broth and let it boil 15 minutes without covering.

7. We crush the mixture of mushrooms with the help of the blender until it is creamy.

8. If necessary we were more linked, we can add some cornstarch.

9. We put salt and serve in individual bowls decorated with sauteed mushroom pieces and a little chopped parsley.
