1. We prepare all the ingredients for this light melon and yogurt soup. From lemon we will only use the juice. If you want a recipe to lose weight, choose a skimmed yogurt.
2. We remove the nuggets and chop the melon. We pour it into the blender glass next to the rest of the ingredients: the yogurt, the lemon juice, a little salt, another little black pepper and the mint leaves and some rosemary (the remaining ones, we will use them to decorate the Soup).
