Lenth and potato soup recipe

We soak the lentils the night before. We peel, wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces by reserving them in a container with water. We peel and chop in Brounoisse (Picadito in small squares) the onion and garlic. We cut the bread into dice.

2. In a casserole with a little oil we fry the onion and garlic and once doaditos add the potatoes, sauté the assembly and then add the lentils and cover with water.

3. We let the whole cook for 60 minutes over low heat by adding cold water if necessary (we remember that we are going to make a soup so it should be calm).

4. We remove from the heat once the lentils and pass them through the Pasapurés. We heat four tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the bread dice.

5. Sprinkle with the parsley the lentils, we put salt and serve immediately, accompanying with the dice of fried bread.
