Hot tomato cream recipe

Peel and chop the tomato, onion, potatoes and garlic.

1/2 kg maturo tomato
1 ud median onion
1 clove
2 ud median potato
1 ud bouquet of herbs
liquid nata
3 cc olive oil
salt
pepper
sugar
6-7 Fresh Mint Leaf

Ingredients to make hot tomato cream:

2. Say everything in a casserole with olive oil.

3. Add the bouquet of aromatic herbs, water, salt and pepper and put it to cook over low heat.

4. Once cooked, remove the aromatic herbs and pass it through the blender.

5. Add some liquid cream and serve adorned with fresh mint leaves.
