Ingredients to make homemade gazpacho:
2. Wash and cut the tomato into four helmets or four parts as seen in the photo. Reserve in a deep bowl.
3. Wash the green or paprika pepper and cut it into medium boxes as seen in the photo. Reserve in a bowl.
4. Wash the cucumber and peel it. Cut it into thick slices. Reserve in a bowl.
5. Wash and remove the first layer of white onion. Cut the onion into medium paintings and reserve in a bowl.
6. In a median pot, gather all the vegetables we had reserved. Macerar with a spoon or a hand whipper so that they are releasing their juices. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes Macerando.
7. Add salt, pepper and white wine to vegetables. Go adding cold water to the recipe and macerate with the whipper. Go through an electric whipper or blender to incorporate all the ingredients. Take the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
