200 gr of pork spine 3 large potatoes 2 chorizos 200 gr of vegetable chopped 100 gr of small beans |
Ingredients to make homemade Galician broth:
2. Place beans in water from the previous day.
3. Heat 2 liters of water, when it is boiling add the beans and pork spine, cook for an hour.
4. Cut the chorizo into slices.
5. Peel and cut the potato in pictures but with not very perfect cuts.
6. Add the potato and sausage and cook for half an hour more.
7. Add the vegetable and cook for half an hour, add salt and pepper.
8. Serve and taste hot.
