We start the recipe cleaning fresh mushrooms. To do this, we soak them in cold water for 1-2 hours, changing the water 4 times. If you have dry mushrooms, we will soak them with warm water and let them boil for 1 hour and a half over low heat.

Gribnoy soup ingredients:
2. When we already have clean mushrooms, we cut them into pieces. We also cut the carrot into fine slices and pass both ingredients to a pot.
3. We incorporate the parsley roots, celery and water and boil for half an hour. Meanwhile, we cut the onion finely and fry it apart.
4. We cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the onion, along with a pinch of salt, pepper and bay leaves to aromatize.
5. Let cook for 15 minutes and add a cup of the broth we had on the fire. We remove, add the flour to thicken the soup a little and add the vegetables in pieces.
6. We leave a few more seconds and serve the hot or cold gribnoy soup as a cut cream, what we like the most.
