Green pepper soup recipe

We fry the onion and 3/4 parts of the pepper with a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan until well poached. We add the broth and leave over very slow heat for 10 minutes.

1 green pepper
1/2 small onion
2 cups of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
a pinch of pepper

2. We put in the blender, milk, butter, flour and salt, and add the previous mixture. We cover and connect at high speed until everything is well incorporated.

3. Add the remaining pepper and connect at high speed until it is partially chopped. Lets go to the saucepan and cook over low heat until we are creamy.
