The homemade gazpacho is a traditional dish of Spanish cuisine that consists of a cold soup based on tomato and cucumber. Without a clutch, this does not mean that we cannot customize the recipe a bit and give our touches. In this gazpacho recipe without bread or cucumber I have replaced these ingredients with the pear and the result is exquisite. This fruit brings a sweet touch that will love it. Ingredients to make gazpacho without bread or cucumber:
1. To prepare this gazpacho without bread and without cucumber, first peel and clean the pear. I have used the tomatoes without peeling, but if you also prefer the tomatoes. Cut them into pieces.
2. Place the pear and tomatoes in the blender, add a good stream of oil and vinegar, salt and a cup of water. While crushing the gazpacho without cucumber and without bread sees adding little more water until you get the desired texture.
3. Put the gazpacho without pepper to cool in the fridge and when it is very cold to serve it in dishes or balls.
4. Spread a handful of hemp seeds on top and put some pictures to decorate the pear gazpacho if you wish.
