Ingredients to make gazpacho without bread:
1. To prepare this light gazpacho we choose well mature tomatoes, as well as a green and half-cucumber pepper. In this version we eliminate traditional garlic and onion, as well as the bread that is usually added in the Andalusian traditional gazpacho. Extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar are indispensable for a gazpacho without rich bread.
