Ingredients to make garlic soup with clams:
2. We finely chop (in Brunoise) the onion, the celery and along with the garlic head without peeling, fry for 5 minutes or until the onion is transparent.
3. Add the dry bread, a teaspoon of sweet paprika, fish broth and a cup of the fluid of the clams.
4. Let us boil over low heat, covered, for 15 minutes. We can pay salt to taste.
5. Ten minutes before serving, we put the soup to boil and add the clams.
6. When it boils again, we add the chopped parsley. We serve immediately.
