Ingredients to make garlic soup – Traditional recipe:
1. We put water to heat in a casserole. Meanwhile, we peel and split garlic in thick sheets.
2. In a wide pan we put a stream of olive oil and when hot we saute the garlic. We remove from time to time until they are doaditos. We remove from heat.
