Garlic soup recipe

In a blender place the garlic with ½ liter of broth and the bread crumb, blend at maximum speed. Add the rest of the broth and cook about 4 minutes.

20 roasted garlic cloves
1 l of vegetable broth
2 slices of black lectal bread without cortex
50 cc of olive oil
1 tablespoon of Spanish sweet paprika
twigs of oregano
