Gambas and noodles soup recipe

Ingredients to make prawns and noodles:
1/4 kilo of spinach leaves
1/2 kilo of noodles
1/2 kilo of cooked prawns
1 tablespoon of oil
1 large onion chopped
1 piece of grated ginger Chicken broth
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
4 chopped scallions
2 tablespoons of fried garlic
2 tablespoons of fried onion
150 grams of soy sprouts without the tips
2 teaspoons of chill 1 tablespoon of minced tender garlic

Ingredients to make prawns and noodles:

2. Wash and drain spinach and remove long stems.

3. Put the noodles in boiling water and leave 3 minutes until they swell and soften.
