Fried rice recipe with shrimp

Hot the oil in a pan and save onions and shrimp for about 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms, soy sauce and rice. Season with salt and pepper and cold for about 5 minutes. Pour the beaten egg and leave 3 to 4 more minutes to the fire, stirring constantly.

2 cup (s) cooked rice
1 tray (s) mushrooms
2 chives (s) finely chopped
3 tablespoon (s) soy sauce
2 tablespoon (s) oil
1 cup (s) Colita (s) of shrimp
1 egg (s) beaten
salt and pepper to taste
