Egg Soup Recipe

Beat in a bowl the eggs with salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of broth, using a metal whistle.

Ingredients to make egg soup:
2 units. Eggs
1/2 cch. Sal
1/4 cchta. Black pepper
5 cup (s) cold chicken broth
60 g. cooked egg noodles
3 cch. grated Parmesan cheese

Ingredients to make egg soup:

2. Put the rest of the broth in a medium saucepan and add the noodles and cheese.

3. Take a strong heat and let it boil.

4. Then, minimize, add the egg mixture and stir.

5. Cook for 2 minutes beating continuously without letting it boil.

6. Remove from heat and pour into a preheated soup. Serve.
