Cooked soup recipe with bacon

¼ kilo of ox sailor or cow
1 bone
¼ kilo of chicken
¼ kilo of chickpeas
1 leek
half onion
pars Chorizo
Fine Fideo (30 grams per person)

2. We cast the broth and remove the meat and chickpeas. We fry the chopped onion in a little oil and some chorizo and bacon chopped bacites. We add the broth and when it starts to boil we add noodles to taste.

3. Cook for approximately 1/4 time and serve. The meat that we have removed before cooked with some peppers and fried tomato. Chickpeas accompany the cooked soup on a separate tray.
