Cooked recipe with vegetables

Ingredients to cooked with vegetables:
1 vegetable tray for broth
6 medium potatoes
15 green beans
1/2 cabbage
300 grams of beans
300 grams of chickpeas

1 pork bone

1 piece of pork

2. In a pot we put all the meat to cook less bacon and minced meat.





3. We peel and wash all the vegetables, reserve the beans, two carrots, the potatoes and the cabbage. And the rest we put them in the pot with olive oil to saute the bacon.





4. Once the vegetables are well sauté, we add them to the meat broth.





5. Then we add the vegetables we had reserved and let it cook over medium heat for two hours, while, we chop the garlic and parsley, we add it to the minced meat, we make the balls and flour.





6. After two hours, we remove from the broth, meat and vegetables. We add the legumes to the broth.





7. Next, add the balls and let cook for ten minutes.





8. Meanwhile, we prepare the soup paste, put the paste in a pot, add the hot broth and let cook until the paste is made.





9. Once the soup was done, we serve it next to the meat and vegetables that we had removed from the broth.
