Ingredients to make Royal consommé:

8. It has to curdle, but without boiling, because then they would be made in the flan, and without browning. They are enough for about 10 minutes.
9. Once the Royal Flan of the oven is removed, the consommé is served and accompanied by the flan so that each one puts in the consomm the amount he prefers.
10. Tip: The consommé, as with all the broths, can be frozen without any problem.
11. Just let it cool before putting it in glass jars.
