Cold coditos soup ingredients:
1. To make the cold soup with ham and codito, first boil the water with the chicken consommé for 5 minutes. You can wear chicken broth of some previous cooking. The chicken broth will contribute more flavor to the pasta, but if you do not want to use it, boil water with a little spice to taste.
2. When it is boiling, add the pasta and cook it. The cooking time will depend on the manufacturers instructions, so that it checks the packaging. Then, drain it, let cool and reserve.
