2 pieces of chayote
1 branch of coriander
½ liter of whole milk
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of butter without salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

Ingredients to make chayote and coriander cream:

1. Before we start, we assure ourselves that we have all the ready ingredients and we do not lack anything to make the chayote and coriander cream.





2. In a saucepan with water we place the previously washed chayotes, add a little salt and let it boil over medium heat until the chayotes are very soft to be able to use them later.
