The Changua is a typical dish of the Cundiboyacense Altiplano and part of Santander which is generally consumed at breakfast time. It is basically prepared with water, milk and egg, although other ingredients are added to give an additional touch to the preparation. This traditional soup is usually accompanied by bread or almojábana, which is added at the time of serve to the table.

Ingredients to make changua:

2. Take a Honda pot over medium heat the two cups of water and milk.
