Cery cream recipe

The stems of Ceryry, the onion and the bacon are cut in Brunoise, the butter is placed in a casserole.

Ingredients to make Cery cream:
8 celery celery stem 4 soup spoon
1 1/2 l. milk
2 soup spoon
2 cup cream of milk
1 ud. onion
100 gr. toucineta
1 l. water
salt
white pepper, to taste

Ingredients to make Cery cream:

2. The previous ingredients are added, they are allowed to brown and at the 10´ the milk, the water is added and is allowed to boil 20´.

3. It is splashing and when the fire is added, the cream of milk is added, it is mixed and served, it can be accompanied with Parmesan cheese or some of its taste.
