Ingredients to make broccoli cream and carrot:

1. Wash and cut all vegetables. Pour the liter of water into the pot and add the leek, the peeled carrot and the zucchini. If you want your broccoli and carrots cream to have more carrot flavor, add 3 or 4 pieces instead of 2. Likewise, you can replace the zucchini with 2 potatoes or use half zucchini and 1 potato.





2. Add the chard and the broccoli, as well as salt to taste and a splash of oil. Remember to remove transparent filaments from chard so that the cream is homogeneous. And if you prefer not to add this ingredient, you can remove it directly from the recipe or replace it with spinach.



Trick: You can add more water if you want, since even if you do not use all the liquid, you will have a delicious vegetable broth.
