Betabel and Carrot Soup Recipe

The pure tasty will arrive at your table when you prepare this succulent beet soup that the base of this soup is beet, we will also add some carrot. For the presentation we can add some parsley. If you want to make a fresher beet soup you can do it with apple.

1/2 Betabel in Julianas
3 carrots in slices
1/2 onion en slicas
1 liter of vegetable broth
salt pepper and thyme to taste
cheese to taste

Ingredients to make Betabel and Carrot Soup:

1. We cut the ingredients in a similar size so that they are then made in a homogeneous way.





2. In a pan I fry the onion either with butter or oil.





3. After a few seconds, we add the carrot and the beet and salt and pepper, fry for 2 minutes.





4. Add the broth and thyme, leave for 15 minutes for vegetables to be tender.





5. We go to the blender and grind, or if preferred with a manual blender.





6. We serve the beet soup sprinkling cheese. It is advisable to serve this cold photo or at room temperature. This soup is not served hot, for this reason it is a very suitable soup for summer or spring.
