Arabic rice recipe with curry

Brown the garlic in oil and remove. Brown the noodles, once golden add the rice, stir. Add dressings and water. When the boil releases, cover the pot, lower the heat to a minimum and cook approximately 20 minutes or until the rice is grained, but not dry.

1 cup (s) boys hair of angel
4 cup (s) boiling water
1/2 cup (s) oil
1 teaspoon (s) curry
