Wine chicken thigh recipe

Today it is another of my favorite dishes. Towards a long time that I did not prepare it and since I didn have it hanging in the target = _blank re = NOFOLWBLOG, I decided to cook it and here I bring you. It is a very simple recipe and the result is a delicious dish. I recommend that you use a rich wine, in the end the taste is not the same if a moderately decent wine is used to one of the very cheap. You can use any part of the chicken but always without skin. I always choose the contramuslos that for this dish is doing very well. B/B

Ingredients to make wine chicken thighs:
10 units of skinless chicken thighs
1 large onion unit
2 cloves of garlic
150 grams of chopped ham tablespoons of red wine dessert (for mixture with the starch)

Ingredients to make wine chicken thighs:

1. In the pot, where we will prepare the recipe, brown the chicken (previously we will leave it to taste) slightly on both sides and reserve. We will take out the oil that we only need a little to poach the onion.





2. We chop the onion in small pieces and throw it to the pot to poach. When we have the Pochadita onion we add the masked garlic cloves, ham and mushrooms and revolve everything well, letting it cook for a couple of minutes.





3. After 2 minutes, we add the chicken and the wine, we take it to a boil and immediately lower it over low heat. Let cook about approximately 1 hour until the tender meat is seen. During that cooking time the pot must be covered.





4. When the meat is ready, we will mix the starch and the 3 tablespoons of wine in a glass and we will gradually throw it into the pot stirring well to mix with the sauce. The starch mixture and wine should not be very thick or very calm. Let cook for 3 – 4 more minutes and the dish will be ready.



Trick: To enjoy more of this dish it is advisable to prepare it one day before it is going to be consumed since the meat will have much more taste of salt
