Wild Duck Bamugas Recipe for White Wine

We separate 2 big duck breasts (crest or syrup), we remove their skin and marin for 3 hours in a marinade of white wine and spices.

For 4 people ::
2 wild duck breasts.
200 grams of onion
4 cups of quality white wine
1 pinch of rosemary
1 pinch of thyme
some black pepper grains
4 tablespoons of liquid cream
salt
