Turkey recipe with shrimp to cava

Peel and finely chop the onion and salt and pepper the turkey fillets. Heat the oil in a casserole and sauté the seafood until it takes color. Remove seafood from the casserole and reserve.

1/2 Kg. Of turkey breasts in fillets
12 prawns
1 small onion
200 gr. of crushed tomato
1 laurel leaf
1 cup of cava
1 pinch of black pepper
oil
salt

2. In the same oil, brown the turkey fillets over live heat. Remove with some tweezers and reserve seafood. In the same oil, fry the onion over low heat 5 minutes.

3. Incorporate the tomato, remove and cook over heat 15 minutes. Pour the cava, season and let it cook 10 more minutes. Put the seafood and breasts and cook them with 5 more minutes.
