2. We slowly sauté the onion and pepper, finely chopped, and add the mushrooms when the onion is transparent.
3. We let cook for about 15 minutes with the covered casserole.
4. We salt and pepper to taste.
5. We will have taken advantage of the time browning the breast (whole) in a pan with a splash of oil, to pass it later in the oven, where we will let it be assembled for about 40 minutes.
