Turkey recipe in onion sauce

Clean the skirts of skins, bones and cartilage and cut them into strips of 2-3 cm. thick.

Ingredients for turkey in onion sauce:
For 6 people: Preparation: 20 minutes. Cooking: 45 minutes.:
800 gr. of turkey breasts
2 dl. of olive oil
salt
pepper
1 dl. of meat broth
250 cc. of beer
1 kg. from onions

Pasta Cocida
Perejil Picado

Ingredients for turkey in onion sauce:

2. Save them in half of the oil, over very soft heat, circling from time to time.

3. Salpimentar slightly.

4. Water with the meat broth and continue cooking a few more minutes.

5. Reserve heat.

6. Cut the onion into fine hoops.

7. Put them with the rest of the oil in a thick bottom casserole, over very low heat, until they are transparent but without getting color.

8. Incorporate the breast casserole and water with beer.

9. Cook the set for 15 more minutes and serve accompanied by cooking pasta to the dente.

10. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
