We spice the turkey with salt, pepper and, with a syringe, inject the liquor into various parts of the meat and smell its skin with 6 tablespoons of olive oil.

For the filling, we heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and the green pepper cut into squares, remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients (the raisid grapes, the plums without bone, the chopped nuts and the chopped apple, together with the bread soaked in milk and the chopped parsley, all of salt and pepper).
3. We fill the turkey with this mixture and cook at a soft oven to 150 ºC for 2 hours, watering occasionally with its juices or with a little white water and wine so that it does not dry out.
