Traditional peacock recipe

We chop the turkey thighs with bone (Ossobuco) in not very thick fillets. We smell the mules with chopped garlic, salt and a little parsley. We place on a baking sheet.

800 g of turkey
2 povesbuco

2 cloves of garlic
100 g of bong

40 ml of olive oil
