Stewed rabbit recipe with grapes and potatoes

Ingredients to make stewed rabbit with grapes and potatoes:
1 medium rabbit
2 large potatoes
2 white onions
250 gr mushyons
100 gr grapes
50 gr wine wine
salt
pepper

2. In a pan brown the pieces, add salt and pepper when they have a very golden color withdraw.





3. Cut the onion into feathers and brown in the pan approximately for 3 minutes.





4. Add the wine to the raisins and let them hydrate.





5. Place the rabbit pieces again in the pan, add the grapes together with the red wine and let reduce for 5 minutes.





6. In a separate pan brown the potatoes cut into cubes and mushrooms.





7. When potatoes and mushrooms are well golden we add them to rabbit pan and cook for 30 more minutes over low and covered heat.
