Sactated Rabbit Recipe

Peel, open and wash the rabbit well.

Ingredients to make rattan rabbit:
For 4 people ::
un rabbit
a kilo of potatoes sanncochada
two teaspoons of ground garlic
lemon
and ground peep

Ingredients to make rattan rabbit:

2. Once washed it seasoned with garlic, salt and cumin; Then you put it to dry in the sun for an hour.

3. When it is already dry, place it in a large pan, with enough oil to cover it.

4. You must put it face down, placing it on top of one or two chaquenas (kitchen stones) to avoid that during cooking the rabbit runs out.

5. When you have gold you throw a few drops of lemon and turn it on your back, browning it again with the stones on top, until it is totally cooked.

6. You can serve it whole or cut into pieces.

7. Serve it with whole potatoes, golden and accompanied with Llathan (ground pepper).
