Rebozados chicken fingers recipe in Panko

Ingredients to make chicken fingers in Panko:
1 unit of boneless chicken.
200 grams of wheat flour.
200 grams of panko.
2 tablespoons of paprika.
2 tablespoons of garlic powder.
4 egg units.
Coarse salt.
Black pepper.

2. Cut the supreme chicken into thick strips to make the fingers.





3. Mix the wheat flour, the paprika, the pepper and the salt. I look good until all the ingredients are integrated.





4. Pass each of the chicken strips first by mixing from step 3 second the scrambled and third eggs through the Panko.





5. Take a pan with sunflower oil (from your preference) at a high temperature, once it is hot add a little panko to the oil if it rises to the surface immediately, add each of the strips backed into the oil.
